Henley hairdresser nominated for Hairdresser of the Year
The Marc Antoni Salon Group has been shortlisted in an exceptionally competitive field at HJ’s British Hairdressing Awards, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional.
Bruno Marc Giamattei, based at the Marc Antoni salon in Henley, has been nominated for British Hairdresser of the Year, while his Artistic Team is also a finalist for Artistic Team of the Year.
Mr Giamattei said: “We’re honoured to not only be up for one award, but four awards.
“The competition is always so strong, which makes this recognition even more special.
“Marc Antoni are passionate about continually evolving our craft, challenging ourselves creatively and delivering our very best work.
“To see that effort recognised by such a respected judging panel is hugely rewarding, and we’re absolutely thrilled to be up for four awards.”
Daniel Spiller from the Fleet Road salon is shortlisted for Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician of the Year, and Paolo Giamattei from the Bracknell salon is a finalist for Southern Hairdresser of the Year with his first collection.
Earlier this year, the group celebrated its 60th anniversary.
It was founded by Bruno Giamattei Snr and is now run by his four sons: Bruno, Simon, Aaron and Marcus.
With salons in Bracknell, Fleet, Henley and Woodley, the group continues to uphold a proud family legacy.
Winners will be announced at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London on Monday, November 23.
