Pep Guardiola to snub Lionel Messi reunion and David Beckham
The Catalan coach has just brought an end to his ten-year stay at the Mancunian club, which has seen the records tumble and the silverware gleam.
Six Premier League titles, three FA Cups, five League Cups, three Community Shields and a first-ever Champions League have all been won in that time.
An unprecedented domestic quadruple, a 100-point Premier League season and the 2023 Treble have all etched Guardiola’s name into the history books.

Choosing to move on last month, many have wondered what the next step is for the three-time Champions League-winning manager.
One suggestion is that Guardiola could link back up with Lionel Messi, whom he famously coached during his years at FC Barcelona.
The Argentine superstar, regarded by many as the greatest footballer of all time, now plays his trade at Inter Miami in the United States.
Co-owned by Oxfordshire celebrity Sir David Beckham, the club went on to win its first-ever MLS Cup last year.

National reports have now suggested that the Cotswolds star and former England captain has wanted to lure Guardiola stateside to become Miami’s new manager.
However, according to a fresh report by The Mirror, City’s former boss is set to “snub” Sir David’s offer.
“But Guardiola has let it be known that Beckham is wasting his time attempting to persuade him to make an immediate return to football,” read the report.
“He is determined to take a sabbatical from the game, to spend time with his loved ones and recharge his batteries.
“Guardiola has told those close to him that he would like his next managerial job to be an international one.”
