Oxfordshire 81-year-old banned from road after drink-driving
Martyn Pells, of Old London Road in Benson, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol.
Pells drove a motor vehicle on Old London Road in Benson on February 27.
A breath test showed he had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

He was fined £461 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a victim surcharge of £184.
Pells was also given a 12-month driving ban, which could be reduced to nine months if he completes an approved drink-drive rehabilitation course by November 22.
The court noted his guilty plea was taken into account during sentencing.
He was instructed to make payments as ordered, with the full amount to be paid by May 22.
