Oxford United vs Reading new date confirmed after Carabao Cup draw
The fixture will begin at 7.45pm on the rearranged date.
It was originally due to take place on August 29, but Thames Valley Police requested a change because events were planned over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The fixture was then scheduled for September 8 before being moved after Reading progressed to Round Three of the Carabao Cup.
The meeting will be the first between the U’s and the Royals this season, and their first encounter since February 3, 2024, when they drew 1-1.
Tickets already bought remain valid.
Further tickets will go back on sale to fans from 10am on September 5.
