Oxford company announces major North America partnership
Oxfordshire-based Transense Technologies has appointed Bartec USA as a distributor for its Translogik tyre inspection tools and TireTask software, targeting the commercial fleet market.
Bartec will market the products across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Ryan Maughan, managing director of Transense Technologies, said: “We are delighted to partner with Bartec USA, a highly respected leader in tyre pressure monitoring technology.
“Their strong market presence and customer relationships make them an ideal partner to accelerate the adoption of our TLGX series of tyre inspection tools and Tiretask software across the United States.”
Transense Technologies is a recognised market leader in Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) technology for both the passenger car aftermarket and commercial vehicle sectors.
The partnership represents a key step in the company’s North American growth strategy and will provide access to Bartec’s extensive customer base.
Mr Maughan said: “As fleets increasingly focus on safety, efficiency and reducing operating costs, we see significant opportunities for growth in both our hardware and software solutions.”
Translogik’s tools offer digital tread depth measurement, pressure monitoring, TPMS interrogation, and RFID tyre identification for efficient fleet maintenance.
Scot Holloway, CEO of Bartec USA, said: “Our customers are increasingly looking for solutions that go beyond tyre pressure monitoring to provide a complete picture of tyre health and performance.
“Translogik’s inspection tools and software complement our existing TPMS offering.
“We are excited to bring these proven solutions to our customers and look forward to working closely with the Transense team.”
