Bicester Village was able to pay a dividend of £1.5m during the year (2024 saw £1m of dividends paid to shareholders).

Brands include Ralph Lauren, Vivienne Westwood, Valentino, Lacoste, Burberry, Armani, BOSS, and AllSaints.

Tourism is a big winner for the outlet centre with it being the second most visited place in the country by Chinese tourists after Buckingham Palace.

The year 2025 saw a host of new openings at Bicerster Village, including Fortnum & Mason which opened its first shop outside London in October.
