Banbury worker recognised as ‘Colleague of the Year’
Tom Bradshaw, a fleet administrator at Peugeot & Hyundai Banbury, received the title in the Peugeot Division at the Vertu Masters Awards, which honours the highest-performing non-management staff across the Group.
Mr Bradshaw, who oversees thousands of fleet transport movements, was praised for his attention to detail and dedication, with the company describing him as an invaluable member of the business.
He said: “I am really pleased to receive this award.
“I take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that both colleagues and customers feel safe and supported.”
In addition to his main duties, Mr Bradshaw also serves as a multi-site health and safety coordinator, ensuring both locations meet required standards.
He consistently starts his workday early to conduct safety checks, identify risks, and complete compliance checks.
Mr Bradshaw said: “It is a great team to be part of in Banbury and I enjoy being able to contribute in different ways across the sites.
“It is fantastic to be recognised for something I care about.”
Robert Forrester, chief executive of Vertu, said: “Tom’s award is thoroughly deserved and reflects the dedication and responsibility he brings to his role every day.
“Taking on additional duties, particularly in such an important area as health and safety, demonstrates real commitment to the business and to his colleagues.”
The Vertu Masters Awards are held annually to celebrate outstanding achievements within the group.
