Witney-based MGI Engineering partners with Italian firm
Witney-based MGI Engineering has teamed up with Italy’s Vigilar Group to expand its operations into mainland Europe, forming the basis for a new company, MGI Italy.
The partnership aims to develop advanced dual-use technologies for the defence, security and aerospace sectors, bridging engineering development and operational expertise.

The announcement was made at a Rome event attended by industry stakeholders and representatives from the UK Embassy.
The new company will be based in Modena, a hub of engineering and motorsport excellence, and will focus on technology development, advanced manufacturing and operational support.
