The application (26/00745/FUL) is running until Wednesday, April 29, and comes after the site came into new ownership.
This is to “accommodate their requirements for the site and the needs of their family and business”.
Though the owner of the property is unknown the planning application reveals he is a “very successful music professional”.
The planning statement states: “One of the new occupiers of the property is a very successful music professional and has a requirement to have a music studio and recording room at the site which will allow them to work from the site.
“His partner also is a trained ayurvedic practitioner with limited numbers of clients a day.

“There is a requirement for a yoga studio, a treatment room and some further ancillary residential accommodation on the site including a gym.”
In addition, the application states that the owner runs a “music and recording business” and this conversion may lead to visits from other famous musicians.
The application add: “They would provide the owners of the property with the additional space and facilities they require whilst not harming the National Landscape or amenity of neighbours.”
