First up in the opening double-bill is 30-year-old Mariam in Houston, who has been engaged three times but won’t settle until she finds the perfect potential husband – which includes him being an 80s music lover. If Stace can’t help you mend your hoarding ways, no one can. This week, it’s a Milton Keynes family of seven who live in a three-bed house, and need to lose at least 50% of their possessions, as well as drastically reduce the 106 Ikea storage cubes cluttering every room. More heart-melting canine-human matchmaking from Woodgreen. This time, the Davies family are faced with an impossible choice as Moana the labrador and Buffy the german shepherd vie for their affections. A thoughtful four-parter that looks at the deep connections between spy fiction and spy fact. A raft of intelligence historians cite the Old Testament, the Tudor era and Rudyard Kipling’s Kim as Year Zero for modern spy narratives. In the post-truth era, it will leave you shaken and stirred. Storyville: Three Dads and a Baby

This tender film embeds with stubbly Norwegian throuple Kris, Sindre and David as they support each other during an atypical pregnancy journey. The fact that Kris can still potentially give birth is a minor miracle; they transitioned at a time when Norway required anyone undergoing gender-affirming surgery to be sterilised. Graeme Virtue

Jason and the Argonauts (Don Chaffey, 1963), 2.50pm, Film4

The kind of thing you always hope to see when flicking through the Easter holiday TV schedules. Don Chaffey’s 1963 adventure is family film at its finest. Plus, as it’s based on ancient Greek epic The Argonautica, it may also serve as a warm-up for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming take on the Odyssey. However, even A-listers Zendaya and Robert Pattinson cannot hope to compete with the legendary creatures conjured by Ray Harryhausen’s stop-motion animation – from the seven skeleton warriors to the many-headed Hydra.
