Teddy Swims spotted with famous boxer ahead of Blenheim Palace

The 33-year-old, whose real name is Jaten Collin Dimsdale, was seen with Jordan Flynn, a Cowley boxer, before the first night of the festival on Tuesday, June 30.

Posting on social media, Mr Flynn said: “Me and Teddy Swims putting the work in today before his big performance tonight in Oxford.

“Looking forward to seeing you shut it down. Good work champ.”

Mr Flynn, one of Britain’s few active Sikh professional fighters, began boxing after his dad took him to karate lessons and he went on to to represent England in international competitions and won two further national amateur titles.

Grammy-nominated singer Teddy Swims performed in the Great Court at the UNESCO World Heritage Site on Tuesday, June 30, as the new open-air concert series continues its debut run in Woodstock.

Teddy Swims has risen from online covers to global chart success, earning a Grammy nomination and scoring a major hit with Lose Control in 2023.

Known for his blend of pop, soul and R&B, the singer was joined by Canadian singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith as a special guest, with Ruti opening the show.

Tuesday’s concert forms part of the first-ever Blenheim Palace Festival, a five-date series running from Saturday, June 27 to Saturday, July 4, in the palace’s Great Court.
