Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties has announced the launch of Dahlia View, the second phase of its Valley Park development in Harwell.

Scheduled to open on 20 September 2025, the new phase will deliver 281 homes designed to suit a wide variety of lifestyles.

The development will offer a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes, catering to first-time buyers, families, and downsizers.

Roz Wells, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said:

“We are thrilled to launch our latest selection of homes at Valley Park.

“Dahlia View will have a wide range of homes available, catering to first time buyers, growing families and downsizers alike.

“It’s exciting to see the community at Valley Park flourish. Phase one, Primrose Gardens, is selling fast and we encourage potential homebuyers looking to make a move to Harwell to book an appointment with our sales team to find out about the offers and incentives available for both phases.”

Valley Park is one of the largest developments in the region, set to bring a total of 4,254 homes to Harwell once completed.

Alongside housing, the site will feature two primary schools, two local centres, shops, a community building, sports facilities, playing fields, and landscaped green spaces.

Primrose Gardens, the first phase, has already delivered 246 homes and currently offers three and four-bedroom properties ready to move into before Christmas. Visitors can explore five showhomes to get a feel for life at Valley Park.

Taylor Wimpey UK, one of the UK’s largest residential developers, continues to expand across Oxfordshire and beyond. The company delivered 10,593 homes in 2024, including joint ventures, and contributed £345 million to local communities through planning obligations.

Recognised with a five-star rating for customer service by the Home Builders Federation, Taylor Wimpey places strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and community investment.
