Taylor Wimpey is inviting househunters to kick off the new year with a fresh start by hosting a series of January events across selected developments in the Southern Counties.

The events, running from mid to late January, are designed to give prospective buyers the chance to explore homes currently available, view show properties and find out more about bespoke deals and support packages tailored to different stages of the buying journey.

Roz Wells, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said:

“We are looking forward to inviting potential homebuyers to our developments this new year.

“We encourage househunters looking for a fresh start as a new year’s resolution to come along to the event at their preferred development to explore our variety of show homes and properties, and to find out about the range of bespoke deals and packages we have available.”

Events will run from 10.00am to 5.00pm and include Dusty Shoe and First Time Buyer open days, allowing visitors to explore homes before they are completed and speak directly with sales teams and independent financial advisers.

On Saturday 17 January 2026, events will take place at Valley Park in Didcot, Woodlands Chase in Whiteley and Regis Park in Pagham. Valley Park will host a Dusty Shoe event with free hot drinks and homes available from £220,000, while Woodlands Chase will offer visitors the chance to explore properties and take part in a prize wheel promotion.

Regis Park’s First Time Buyer event will include deposit support offers and free mortgage advice from an independent financial adviser.

Further events will follow on Saturday 24 January 2026 at Bryanston Holt in Blandford Forum, Canford Vale in Canford Magna and Alresford Down near Winchester.

These events will feature a mix of Dusty Shoe and First Time Buyer open days, with incentives available on selected homes and guidance on schemes such as Easymover and Part Exchange.

Across the developments, a wide range of apartments and houses will be available, with prices starting from £220,000 and rising to £575,000 depending on location and property type.
