The bus operator is promoting car-free travel to attractions across the county in response to rising fuel prices.

The company highlights Blenheim Palace, Cogges Manor Farm, Oxford Castle and Prison and The Light cinema in Banbury as top destinations accessible by bus.

Chris Hanson, managing director of Stagecoach West, said: “The news is now reporting that average diesel prices have gone up by an incredible 20 pence per litre over the past couple of weeks, so many families are looking for alternative ways to get out and about.

“By leaving the car at home and hopping on a Stagecoach bus, you can relax, save money and make the journey part of the adventure.”

Tickets can be purchased on board, via the Stagecoach Bus App or at selected stops.
