Located in Didcot town centre, the seven investment properties will be sold individually at the Acuitus auction on June 11 at 1pm.

Guide prices range from £150,000 to £330,000, with the properties generating annual rental income of between £15,000 and £30,000.

John Mehtab of Acuitus said: “Retail opportunities of this scale located in an affluent London commuter town rarely come to auction.

“This is an ideal opportunity for investors looking to diversify their portfolio with a possibility of active asset management.”

The units form an uninterrupted retail parade on the corner of Broadway and Market Place, close to Didcot Railway Station and the Orchard Shopping Centre.

Each unit is let on an individual lease.
