SCAS ambulance crew greets crowds at Armed Forces Day
The event, held in Banbury on June 27, was described by SCAS as ‘a fantastic day engaging with the local community’.
A SCAS stall and ambulance proved popular with visitors of all ages, who enjoyed learning more about the service.
Paramedic Barbara Sullivan and recruitment team member Laura Farrow spoke with the public about SCAS and demonstrated the vehicle onsite.
They also answered questions and shared information about career opportunities within the service.
A spokesman for SCAS said online: “The event offered a valuable opportunity to engage with the community, inspire future recruits and showcase the diverse roles within the trust.”
