Savills Oxford appoints Simon Hillier as new rural director
Simon Hillier has joined the company, bringing more than 12 years of asset management and experience working with large institutional funds and private clients in the east of England.

In his previous role, Mr Hillier managed portfolios that included around 30 development projects at various stages of progress.
He also brings experience in negotiating option and promotion agreements, as well as managing partnerships and conditional contracts.
As part of the 31-strong team at Savills Oxford, Mr Hillier will focus on strategic asset management, development partnerships, and land promotion.

“Our clients have unique and strategically important property portfolios which must be carefully managed to achieve optimised performance within an ever-changing and challenging environment.

He is a member of the Country Land and Business Association and its Institutional Landowners Group, and holds a degree in rural enterprise and land management from Harper Adams University.
