Anyone who books and dines at any Rosa’s Thai restaurant between April 1 and April 30 will be automatically entered into the draw.

Customers must book a table at any participating Rosa’s Thai restaurant during the specified period and complete the booking for their entry to be considered valid.

More visits will increase the chances of winning, as each dine-in is treated as an additional entry into the contest.

The winner, who will be selected randomly on May 1, will be awarded an experience for two people which includes economy-class round-trip flights from a major UK airport to Thailand (Bangkok), including all taxes and fees, up to the total value of £3,000.

The package also provides a five-night consecutive stay at a hotel chosen by Rosa’s Thai or its travel partner.

The Songkran festival, observed annually from April 13 to April 15, is recognised as a significant cultural celebration in Thailand.

It is marked by water-themed ceremonies that are believed to rinse away the previous year, symbolising a fresh start, as well as time with the family, communal meals, and paying homage to elders.

To mark this special occasion, Rosa’s Thai has also prepared two exclusive dishes available throughout April.

These include ‘Larb Gai’, a spicy chicken salad associated with good fortune, and ‘Pineapple Fried Rice’, a golden coloured dish symbolising wellbeing and prosperity.

In a further nod to Thai culture, the restaurant will be distributing 100 complimentary servings of pad Thai daily across three of its branches during Songkran.

This offer will be available to walk-in customers only at the Spitalfields branch in London on Monday, April 13, the Carnaby restaurant in London on Tuesday, April 14, and the Bristol establishment on Wednesday, April 15.

Founded by Saiphin and Alex Moore, the UK-wide restaurant chain began as a street food stall at Brick Lane’s Sunday market before becoming a favourite among diners nationwide.

Opening its first restaurant on Hanbury Street, near Spitalfields Market, in London in 2008, Rosa’s Thai now boasts more than 40 restaurants in cities including Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds.

The restaurant chain made its way to Oxford in August 2023, occupying a space previously used by another Thai restaurant called Busaba, which closed.
