RAF Benson near Wallingford holds annual Families Day
RAF Benson, near Wallingford, hosted its annual Families Day on Thursday, August 13, as a way to thank personnel and their loved ones for their support throughout the year.
An RAF Benson spokesman said: “A wonderful day at RAF Benson as families of personnel came together to enjoy a memorable Families Day filled with engaging activities, community spirit, and opportunities to connect.

“This event highlights the strong support network within our RAF community, recognising the vital role families play in the success and wellbeing of our service members.
“Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the dedication and resilience of our RAF Benson family.”
The private event included aerial and ground displays, interactive tours of military equipment, children’s activities, and live entertainment.
It is held annually on the airfield.
