Probe launched into Oxford ‘assault’ outside public library

Thames Valley Police said they are investigating an incident that happened on March 23, which resulted in an injury.

The incident happened on South Parade outside the Summertown Library.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “We received a report of an assault resulting in injury shortly before 9.30am on 23 March on South Parade.

“No arrests have been made at this time.

“Officers are conducting a thorough investigation and ask anyone with information to contact the force on 101 or by reporting online quoting reference 43260141632.”
