Probe as young Oxfordshire woman with Cornwall links missing
Thames Valley Police is investigating after Kelly from Witney was reported missing.
The 23-year-old has links to Cornwall, Portsmouth and Skegness and the force has urged anyone with any information to get in touch asap.

A spokesperson for the Cherwell unit said: “Please read and share our appeal to help us find Kelly.

“The 23-year-old is 4ft 9ins tall, slim, with brown shoulder length hair. Kelly is from Witney and likes to frequent bridges, waterways and woodlands.
“She also has links to Cornwall, Portsmouth and Skegness. If you see Kelly, please do not approach her. Instead, call 999.
“If you have any other information about Kelly’s whereabouts, call 101 or leave information via our website, quoting investigation reference 43260267581.”
