Police seize Hyundai from banned driver in Oxfordshire
The incident took place in Banbury yesterday (Thursday, March 19), when Thames Valley Police (TVP) officers spotted the car.
Noticing that the driver had been previously banned and had only just acquired their provisional licence, officers stopped the vehicle.
The driver was reported as a result, and the Hyundai was seized by the force.

A statement from the force via TVP Cherwell’s Facebook page said: “PCs Gurney and Speke spotted this vehicle being driven in Banbury.
“[It was being driven] by a person known to not hold a driving licence.
“Checks showed the driver had only recently acquired their provisional back after a ban.
“The driver was reported for the offence and [the] vehicle seized.”
