The free sessions will run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the school holidays on March 31 and April 1. They will then return on April 7 and 8.

Clare Martin, acting centre director of Westgate Oxford, said: “We know families across Oxfordshire are looking for fun events to keep the little ones entertained through the Easter holidays, so we’re pleased to offer a series of free, all-weather options here at Westgate Oxford.

“We’re looking forward to seeing lots of smiling faces at the centre this spring.”

Chase from PAW Patrol will appear on March 31, Peter Rabbit will feature on April 1, Zog is scheduled for April 7, and Peppa Pig will appear on April 8.

There will be five sessions each day, with one slot designed for children with special educational needs.

Free tickets must be booked in advance.

Visitors can also enjoy Westgate Oxford’s Crafting Club, open daily from 10am to 7pm, offering activities such as mask decorating, bookmark making, and coaster design.

The centre’s Hatter’s Hunt trail, created in partnership with The Story Museum, is also running throughout the holidays.

This Alice in Wonderland-themed experience encourages families to follow clues and riddles to find five hidden plaques.

Completed trail maps can be exchanged for a prize from the Guest Experience team.

Guests can also unwind at the centre’s ART and PLAY 3D installation.
