Park Town, Oxford to remain shut until end of week
Work started to install a new water connection in Park Town on Monday, June 8.
Thames Water is carrying out the work and it is anticipated the utility will need to close a small section of the work until Friday, June 12.

Limited access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for homes within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works, a notice for the roadworks says.
The closure of the road will be 24 hours a day, but traffic won’t be affected as the road is a dead end.
The closure is towards the end of Park Town by numbers 61 and 64.
