Oxfordshire town’s Lloyds branch set for imminent return
The Witney Lloyds bank at 2-4 Market Square will reopen tomorrow (Tuesday, March 24) after more than a month’s “improvement work”.
This was to redesign the back-office space of the branch to improve its environmental efficiency.

A Lloyds spokesperson said: “Improvement work has been taking place at our Witney branch.
“Now it’s complete, it’s reopening as normal with colleagues ready to help our customers with a range of in‑person banking services.”
The investment comes as many banks cut their in-person services with Halifax, which is part of Lloyds Banking Group, closing its Witney branch last year.
