Oxfordshire tattoo and piercing shop up for £400K sale

The property on Butchers Row in Banbury, until recently used to be the premises of Purgatory Tattoos, which offers tattooist and piercing services.

It has a five-star rating based on more than 200 reviews on Google and recently announced it was moving on social media.

The business said in early March: “You can now find us at 59 High Street – after a long few months of very hard work, we’re incredibly pleased to announce we are finally in our new premises.”

Its former premises – which is next to the Banbury Cross Inn – has now been listed on Rightmove for £400,000.

Marketed by Northwood, the overall property is 2800 square foot with the commercial unit on the ground floor as well as a duplex apartment and a separate studio apartment above.

The listing states: “This property has lots of possibilities for either investors or business owners looking for a premises with living accommodation included and already with the separate access in place.”
