William Harvey Medical Limited, registered at a Weston-on-the-Green address, has entered a solvent liquidation process after shareholders agreed to close the business.

The company, incorporated in 2011, is listed by Companies House as carrying out “specialist medical practice activities”.

Written resolutions passed on Friday, March 27, state that the company will be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A separate London Gazette notice records that Thomas Russell and Sandra Mundy, of insolvency firm James Cowper Kreston, were appointed as joint liquidators with effect from Friday, March 27.

In a further notice to creditors, anyone with claims against the company has been told to submit full details to the liquidators at James Cowper Kreston’s Southampton office by April 24, 2026.

Members’ voluntary liquidations are typically used to close solvent companies and distribute remaining assets to shareholders, rather than indicating financial collapse.

James Cowper Kreston was approached for comment by this newspaper.
