Oxfordshire County Council seeks SEND survey feedback
The strategy, co-designed by the Local Area Partnership (LAP), aims to enhance the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
It was developed using feedback, engagement events and outcomes from inspections, as well as input from parents and carer groups, education, health, and social care.
The strategy’s objectives include ensuring children and young people with SEND are valued, included, supported early, and are able to thrive in their communities and prepare confidently for adulthood.
It outlines how the LAP will work together to improve experiences and outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Residents are encouraged to participate in the consultation to share their views.
The survey, which takes approximately 20 minutes, closes on August 3.
