The honours were given at the Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards, held at Oxford Town Hall on March 18, with winners selected based on verified reviews left by couples during 2025 on the Guides for Brides website.

Nikita Thorne, head of strategy at Guides for Brides, said: “As couples increasingly rely on trusted reviews when choosing their wedding suppliers, recognition based on genuine customer feedback has never been more important.

“Research says 45 per cent of couples visit wedding directories to read reviews and verify suppliers before making decisions.

“These awards highlight the businesses that consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for their couples.

“It’s fantastic to see so many Oxfordshire businesses recognised.”

In the catering category, Oxford Fine Dining claimed the national title, while KJA Photography was named best photographer.

Illustration by Kiwi was recognised for stationery and artistic details, with Cakes of Curiosity winning in the cakes and sweet treats category.

Kate Marie Event Styling took home the award for venue decor and styling, and Oxford Event Hire Ltd was celebrated for wedding production and operations.

JBMAC won the live music category, and The Pbooth Company took top spot for photobooths.

Lover’s Rock was named best jewellery provider.

Flight Club Oxford was recognised in the hen and stag category.

Other Oxfordshire businesses also received highly commended honours, including Gallery Cakes, Charlton Park Bespoke Artisan Flowers, and David Bostock Photography.
