Hyde Farmhouse, on Abingdon Road in Marcham, is an extended former farmhouse, with a later 17th century evolution, that also comes with its own garage and separate annex.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, two sitting rooms, cloakroom, pantry, utility room, kitchen, dining room, and garden Room.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached dressing room for the principal bedroom.

The two-storey annex beside the house has a large entrance hall, a spa, gym, open plan kitchen, and an upstairs bedroom.

The area has been subject to excavations by Oxford University with remains of a possible Roman amphitheatre found in 2009.
