Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra welcomes renowned violinist
Mr Küchl, a former concertmaster at the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, will be playing at the Holywell Music Room as part of his 75th birthday celebrations.
The concert on Saturday, June 6 will feature works by Vivaldi, Beethoven, Dvořák, Saint-Saëns, and Strauss.
During his career, Mr Küchl has worked with well-known conductors such as Karl Böhm, Claudio Abbado, Leonard Bernstein, Riccardo Muti, and Sir Simon Rattle.

He has also appeared as a guest concertmaster for the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra in February and April.
After the Oxford concert, Mr Küchl will perform Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra at London’s Cadogan Hall.
The upcoming performance promises to showcase the violin’s “emotional depth and remarkable versatility”.
