Oxford manhunt launched after man failed to appear in court
Billy Clarke, aged 38, is wanted in connection with a failure to appear warrant issued by High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.
Clarke is white, approximately 5ft 9in tall, with short hair, blue eyes and a gold front tooth.
He is known to frequent Oxford city centre, Cowley Road and Abingdon.

Police constable Chloe Young said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Billy Clarke for failing to appear at court. If you see him, do not approach him and call 999 immediately.
“Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 101 or report it online, quoting reference 43260180986.”
