Oxford families can enter draw for free NEC days out
The NEC in Birmingham is running a prize draw for free entry to selected events over the bank holiday weekend, including PEPPA PIG Space Adventure, Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition, and the Gladiator Experience.
Sarah Harvey, Deputy CEO at the NEC, said: “Six weeks of summer can feel endless when you’re juggling work, childcare and rising costs, and our research shows just how quickly parents can run out of ideas.
“We wanted to give families in Oxford a chance to enjoy brilliant days out together without worrying about the spend, which is why we’re offering a limited number of free tickets.
“It’s our way of helping parents reclaim that final weekend of the summer to have some fun before the kids go back to school.”
The draw follows research by the NEC that found parents typically reach ‘breaking point’ just 19 days into the school holidays as they run out of ways to keep children entertained.
Other attractions at the NEC include NEC Lakeside, a free outdoor cinema and play area open daily throughout the summer with no booking required.
To enter the draw, families can complete the entry form at https://win.necgroup.co.uk/sos-nec-events/ and request their preferred number of tickets.
