Oxford delivery driver, 24, rammed in ‘police chase’ named

Police claim they saw a moped speeding that morning before officers made “tactical contact” with the moped in their unmarked Volvo V90 to conclude the chase.
The 24-year-old is then alleged to have tried to run away, but was stopped on the ground by an officer.
Saracini, of Barns Road in Oxford, has been charged with one count each of; possession with intent to supply class B drugs, failing to stop, dangerous driving, failing to cooperate with a preliminary test, no insurance, no licence and no MOT.
