Oxford care provider helps 15,000 people in single year
Wantage-based Helping Hands Home Care highlighted the achievement in its 2025 impact report, which also revealed high levels of customer satisfaction.
The company reported an average rating of 9.1 out of 10 on Homecare.co.uk, with some branches achieving scores as high as 9.7.

On Trustpilot, Helping Hands holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating based on more than 4,700 reviews, and 99 per cent of its branches are rated ‘Good’, ‘Excellent’, or ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission.
The company employs 6,100 carers who collectively delivered more than five million hours of live-in and visiting care services last year.
Its contact centre handled more than 90,000 calls, providing 24/7 support to customers.
Helping Hands also expanded its reach by opening 10 new branches in 2025.
