New spring and summer menu launched at Browns Brasserie
The new menu focuses on using seasonal ingredients to create an elegant twist on British favourites.
It caters to all occasions, from relaxed lunches to evening dinners.
The starters include dishes such as asparagus and poached egg with hollandaise, and sticky hot honey chicken served with grains and a coriander yoghurt dip.
There’s also plenty on offer for Seafood fans, including Cornish sole with sautéed baby potatoes and clam and pancetta butter, miso-glazed salmon with a crispy sushi rice cake and mushroom dashi, and butterfield sea bass with tomatoes, Nocellara olives, and charred lemon.
Other dishes in the menu include a duo of lamb served with pomme Anna and red wine jus, and a risotto verde made with asparagus, courgette, peas, and basil pesto.
Browns signature cuts from the butcher remain available, with options like sirloin, ribeye, fillet, and the new lobster surf and turf.
Dessert lovers can indulge in a peach and rosemary version of Eton mess, or a salted caramel and chocolate delice.
The brasserie also offers a two-course meal from £19.50, and a three-course meal from £24.50, available Monday to Friday, 12pm to 7pm.
Their Taste of Spring menu also offers two courses from £25, or three from £30 for diners from 7pm.
Their breakfast menu and Sunday roast remain on offer.
