New Hook Norton ale launching at The Falcon in Thame
Hook Norton Brewery is set to unveil its latest cask ale, Spring Light, at The Falcon, in Thame, on Thursday, April 2, between 5pm and 7pm.
The ale is described as ‘hazy, zesty’, with grapefruit and coriander notes, and has an alcohol content of 3.2 per cent.
The event also marks a new chapter for the pub, which has undergone a £50,000 makeover by Hook Norton Brewery.
The Falcon now sports a new look both inside and out, complete with a welcoming outdoor seating area.
The pub is now run by new tenants Stephen and Sarah Jayne.
Spring Light will be available for a limited time.
