Multiple UK recruitment agencies in liquidation announcement

Both Evida Limited and Quantro Support Limited are to be ‘wound-up voluntarily’ after meetings in Birmingham led to liquidators being appointed on July 21.

They had their principal trading addresses in Oxford, with Quantro based on Cowley Road and Evida in Transport Way.

The companies have links, including the same mission and leadership, with Dr Jim Ntufam Ojang Coke a former director at each, resigning on July 14, 2025.

The businesses specialised in recruitment taking on the role of employer record. On their websites, their descriptions were the same, minus their names.

The one for Evida said: “At Evida Solutions, we take on the role of the employer of record, reducing the risks associated with hiring and managing employees.

“While you maintain full supervision, direction, and control over your team’s daily activities, we handle the complexities of employment compliance, so you can focus on what you do best.

“Our expertise lies in minimizing employment risks, ensuring full compliance with legislation, and providing comprehensive insurance coverage.

“We operate with integrity, prioritizing responsible and sustainable business practices that protect and support our partners.

Quantro has been a dormant company since at least April 2025, while Evida filed accounts for a dormant company in November 2025.

A dormant company is a registered business that is not actively trading, has no significant accounting transactions, and earns no income
