Middlesbrough sign recently released Oxford United man
The 23-year-old left the U’s at the end of last season after joining on a permanent, six-month deal in January.
Peart-Harris was Oxford’s second of eight winter signings, with former head coach Matt Bloomfield also arriving at the club that month.
One of 10 players released by United at the end of their contracts, the midfielder has been linked to many clubs since becoming a free agent, including Queens Park Rangers and League One rivals Leicester City only this week.

However, Peart-Harris has officially secured a move to Middlesbrough at the top end of the Championship.
Boro finished fifth in the second tier last season and controversially reached the play-off final after Southampton were caught spying on the Teesside as well as Oxford and Ipswich Town earlier in the season.
Saints were removed from the play-offs meaning Kim Hellberg’s men were placed into the final at Wembley.

Boro were defeated in the final by Hull City, thanks to Oli McBurnie’s late winner.
Ex-Yellows man Peart-Harris now joins Boro on a four-year deal.
The former Chelsea youth player and Brentford man played 19 times in his six months at the Kassam, scoring three goals.
He impressed early on his Oxford career before his form tailed off towards the end of the campaign as the U’s were relegated to League One.
