Man found guilty of exposing himself at Banbury reservoir
Sean Stimpson, 57, of Penrhyn Close, Banbury, was convicted of exposing himself at Grimsbury Reservoir in Banbury.
He was sentenced to 26 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £650 in costs and a £187 victim surcharge.

He was found guilty when he appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court recently.
Stimpson was also ordered to complete six months of alcohol rehabilitation and to register at Banbury Police Station for seven years.
The offence took place on May 7, 2025, in a car park on Waterworks Road.
He was found guilty under section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, which covers intentional exposure intended to cause alarm or distress.
