Multi-way traffic lights have been installed on Banbury Road just north of Cutteslowe, between Jordan Hill and Five Mile Drive in Oxford.
The works are from electricity company Scottish and Southern Power Distribution to install a new connection.

They were put in on Monday, March 23, just after rush hour and are expected to remain for more than a week, until 5pm on Thursday, April 2.
Drivers have been warned to ‘expect delays’ in the area while the traffic lights remain in place.
Already on Tuesday morning, the first rush hour after the roadworks were installed, queues were backing up from the roadworks site towards Kidlington.
