Jeremy Clarkson was ‘days away’ from death after health scare
The new trailer for the fifth series of the Prime Video documentary was released earlier this month across social media.
Spanning over two minutes, the clip gives fans a taste of what to expect from the upcoming season, which releases on Wednesday (June 3).
Amongst the various shots included in the trailer is a brief clip of Mr Clarkson in a hospital bed at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Towards the end of 2024, the 66-year-old revealed that he underwent emergency heart surgery at the hospital after suffering pains after experiencing a “sudden deterioration” in his health.
Still, a heart attack was ruled out after initial checks at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
“I certainly wasn’t having a heart attack. But if it hadn’t looked that way, I never would have been sent to hospital,” he said at the time.
Now, according to The Sun, the first episode of the new series of Clarkson’s Farm shows more about this major health scare.

In the clip, Mr Clarkson jokes that “the reaper will have to wait” as he makes his return to Diddly Squat Farm after what he describes as a near‑fatal health scare.
The 66-year-old greets farm manager Kaleb Cooper with a hug as they reunite for the first time since his emergency hospital dash.
Mr Clarkson tells him that his heart was in such poor condition that doctors warned he was “days away” from a potentially deadly heart attack.
He says: “I’m back, and I’m not dead — the reaper will have to wait. It was f**king close though.”
Recounting his talk with the doctors, Mr Clarkson added: “So I said, ‘How close was I to a heart attack?’ And he went, ‘Days’.
