Ground investigations set to take place in Harwell this week
The ground investigation works, commissioned by housing developer Sovereign Network Group (SNG), is scheduled for Gaveston Road and Westfield in Harwell, outside the flats.
The work will take place on Tuesday, June 2, and Wednesday, June 3, between 8am and 4.30pm and will involve digging small trenches and trial holes using JCBs.

An SNG spokesman said: “We apologise for any inconvenience whilst these works take place.”
The excavated areas will be securely fenced off, and nearby householders may experience some noise during the works, the spokesman warned.
The surveys will help SNG assess ground conditions.
