Flex Health Hub officially opens at Milton Park Oxfordshire

Flex Health Hub, based at Signal Yard in Milton Park, Oxfordshire, offers a range of health services under one roof and opened earlier this year.

It includes physiotherapy, rehabilitation, acupuncture, nutrition advice, counselling, and mindfulness services.

Tom Jacobs, founder of Flex Health Hub and a chartered physiotherapist, said: “We’re incredibly excited to officially celebrate the launch of Flex Health Hub at Signal Yard and be part of Milton Park’s community.

“From the beginning, our vision was to create a welcoming environment that goes beyond traditional physiotherapy or fitness, bringing together clinical expertise, wellbeing, and lifestyle support in one place.

“Hearing patient stories at the event was incredibly powerful and a reminder of the real impact that rehabilitation, movement and wellbeing support can have on people’s lives.”

The team includes eight physiotherapists and three massage therapists, and works alongside specialists such as a nutritionist, acupuncturist, orthotist, and steroid injection specialist.

Programmes are available for mobility, arthritis, sports performance, long-term health, and sustainable lifestyle change.

The facility also features purpose-built treatment rooms, a gym, and studio space focused on recovery and wellbeing.

“Whether it’s the popularity of reformer Pilates classes, rehabilitation support following injury or helping people build healthier routines alongside busy working lives, the team is providing services that genuinely make a difference to our occupiers and wider community.

In addition to its paid services, Flex Health Hub has introduced a programme of free wellbeing events for Milton Park occupiers and the wider community.

This includes Monday lunchtime circuit training, a free runners’ workshop on May 27, and the weekly Milton Mosey walking group, all designed to promote movement and social connection.

Signal Yard is Milton Park’s new social and retail destination, bringing together independent operators, food and drink venues, amenities and wellbeing services within the UK’s largest single ownership innovation destination.

The site now hosts a variety of businesses, including Bros Barbers, Damira Dental Studios, the Milton Post Office, and Flex Health Hub.

Flex Health Hub is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.
