The University has signed up to the following Charters:
Athena SWAN
A national charter that recognises good practice in promoting gender equality in higher education. Athena SWAN has been represented throughout the University in all the Divisions. The University of Oxford was a founder member of the Athena Charter and has held an institutional award since 2006.
Race Equality Charter
A national charter mark aimed at improving the representation, progression and success of minority ethnic staff and students in higher education.
