Cotswolds pub visited by King Charles for sale at almost £1m

The sale of The Royal Oak on Cirencester Road in Tetbury, over the Oxfordshire border, is being managed by specialist business property agency, Christie & Co.

The inn, which underwent restoration in 2013, includes bar and restaurant space along with six en-suite letting rooms that provide additional income.

His Majesty The King has previously visited the pub for a drink, reflecting its close proximity to Highgrove and its long-established place in the Tetbury community.

The Royal Oak has entered the property market this month with a freehold asking price of £925,000.
