Cotswolds manor estate used for stag dos up for £5.75m sale
Bampton Lower Farm has been described by agents Carter Jonas Rural as a “well-established leisure business” and a “superb venue for family holidays, celebrations, stag and hen parties and corporate events”.
The 70-acre west Oxfordshire site has been listed with a starting price of £5.75m and is available as private treaty as a whole.

One of two locations marketed as The Cotswold Manor Estate – the other being in Fordwells – it includes 10 individual properties of varying sizes and style and is surrounded by Cotswolds parkland.
Each property has Wi-Fi and includes a private garden with a hot-tub and a picnic table that features a BBQ.
The listing adds: “There is a games barn to the northerly section of the property which includes a pool table, table tennis, air-hockey, table football and sports equipment.
