Company known for Silverstone work picks Bicester as office

Escapade specialises in design-led hotels, residences, and immersive experiences at global motorsport venues.

Founded in 2021 by Will Tindall and Jerome Darker, it is best known for its trackside hotel development at Silverstone.

The company, which ‘operates at the intersection of motorsport, real estate, and lifestyle’, has taken up 2,000 sq ft of space at the Oxfordshire site.

Escapade’s new headquarters are located within the Motor Bays and the Protected Long Bay at Bicester Motion’s Motor Transport Yard.

The setting will place Escapade at the centre of activity during the estate’s popular Scramble events, offering a platform in front of an engaged and relevant audience.

The space will also allow Escapade to host product launches, talks, and curated experiences as part of its daily operations.

Mr Tindall added: “As we expand our platform, this environment gives us the right foundation to grow, collaborate, and create.”

Escapade’s move further establishes Bicester Motion’s reputation as a hub within Motorsport Valley.

The area is home to more than 50 mobility-focused businesses, including the Audi Revolut F1 Team and Polestar’s UK headquarters.

Escapade is currently progressing its next major project at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, with an anticipated opening in 2028.

The company is also continuing to develop its in-house design studio and expanding its lifestyle offering, which includes events, collaborations, and apparel.
