Clarkson’s Farm star, 25, opens up on Jeremy Clarkson health

Harriet Cowan has given some insight into the former Top Gear host’s health in a new interview with The Telegraph.

The 25-year-old from Derbyshire joined the cast in the fourth season of Clarkson’s Farm, which was released on Prime Video across May and June last year.

She temporarily stood in for long-time fan favourite Kaleb Cooper as he toured, helping Mr Clarkson at Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire.

She left midway through the series once her help was no longer needed, but became popular with viewers despite her short time on screen.

Now, speaking to The Telegraph, she confirmed Mr Clarkson is “alright now”.

Also reported in GB News, she added: “He’s happy, he’s farming, he’s back on a tractor.”

This comes after several health issues for the 66-year-old, including being diagnosed with prostate cancer, which was revealed in the latest series of Clarkson’s Farm.

In June this year, it was reported that he was in remission after the disease was caught early.

In addition, the TV presenter underwent an emergency heart procedure in October 2024 after experiencing a sudden decline in his health.

Mr Clarkson later revealed that doctors had found a blocked artery supplying blood to his heart, and that he had a stent fitted during treatment.

A stent is a small mesh tube inserted into an artery to help restore blood flow.

The former Top Gear presenter has since spoken publicly about changing his lifestyle following the health scare.
