Chopstix opens at M40 services near Bicester after refurb
Chopstix opened at Moto Cherwell Valley Services on the M40 near Bicester on May 14 following a refurbishment.
The store, which completed its conversion from Chow to Chopstix, joins more than 140 locations across the UK as the brand continues its nationwide expansion.
The modernised space offers fast-paced dining for motorway travellers at Junction 10 of the M40 and is open Monday to Sunday from 11am to 9pm,
Chopstix has built a reputation as one of the UK’s most popular quick service restaurants, offering bold Asian-inspired dishes prepared by Wok Master chefs.

The menu includes takeaway classics such as Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, alongside signature items like Firecracker Chicken with fiery garlic and chilli seasoning, Chicken Katsu Curry, and Caramel Drizzle Chicken.
